Grips, Overgrips & Tape
The grip is the only part of the racquet you actually touch, so it has a big say in comfort, control and confidence. Refresh a worn handle, add tack and sweat absorption, or build up grip size with our range of overgrips and replacement grips.
Overgrips vs Replacement Grips
An overgrip wraps over your existing grip to add tack or dryness and is changed often — cheap, quick and a feel-changer. A replacement grip is the base grip on the handle itself; swap it when it is worn flat or you want to change cushioning or grip size.
Choose by Feel
-
Tacky overgrips — a sticky, secure hold; popular in cooler conditions.
-
Dry overgrips — absorbent and dry to the touch; ideal for sweaty hands and humid days.
-
Leather replacement grips — a firm, classic feel preferred by traditional players.
-
Synthetic replacement grips — cushioned and tacky for all-round comfort.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an overgrip and a replacement grip?
A replacement grip is the base grip on the handle. An overgrip is a thin wrap applied over the top to add tack or absorbency and is replaced far more often. Many players use a replacement grip with a fresh overgrip on top.
How often should I change my overgrip?
Change an overgrip when it feels slippery or worn — for regular players that can be every few sessions. Replacement grips last much longer and are swapped only when flattened or worn.
Can I use an overgrip to make my handle bigger?
Yes. Adding one or more overgrips slightly increases grip size. For a larger increase, fit a heat-shrink sleeve or a thicker replacement grip.
