Sturdy Tennis – Demo Racquet Rental Policy

At Sturdy Tennis, we want you to find the perfect racquet with confidence. Our demo program allows you to try before you buy under the following terms:

1. Rental Duration & Fees

• 2-Day Demo Rental: $10
• Extended Rental: $10 per additional day

2. Return Policy

• Racquets must be returned in good condition within the agreed rental period.
• If the racquet is not returned within 7 days, the customer will be charged the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the racquet.

3. Purchase Benefit

• If you decide to purchase the same racquet within 30 days of the demo, you will receive $10 off the purchase price.

4. Responsibility & Care

• Customers are responsible for:
  • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft of the racquet during the rental period
• Any significant damage may result in repair or replacement charges.

5. Identification & Security

• Valid ID may be required at the time of rental.
• Sturdy Tennis reserves the right to hold a refundable deposit if deemed necessary.

6. Store Pick Up Timing

7. Browse Available Racquets

You can browse available racquets online.
We strongly recommend booking your demo racquet in advance before visiting the store, as availability may be limited due to high demand.

8. Conclusion

The objective of this policy is to allow customers to try high-end racquets before making a purchase.

We kindly ask that you respect other customers’ bookings by returning racquets on time.
