  • At the time of purchase, or

  • Within 30 days after your purchase date

This ensures you always buy from us with peace of mind, free from pricing concerns.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Provide proof of the competitor’s current price for the identical product, using any of the following:

    • Live website link

    • Current printed material

    • Clearly dated and verifiable photograph

  2. We will verify:

    • That the price is current

    • That the competitor has stock available for immediate sale and delivery

    • That the competitor meets our eligibility criteria

  3. If eligible under our Terms & Conditions:

    • We will match the price instantly, or

    • If you request this under the 30-Day Guarantee, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure fairness and transparency, the following conditions apply to all price match claims:

Eligible Competitors

  • Must have a physical retail store in Australia (brick-and-mortar).

  • Online-only or warehouse-based sellers are excluded, including:

    • eBay

    • Amazon

    • Warehouse setups

    • Home-based businesses

    • Online-only websites

Price Comparison Rules

  • Online prices must include:

    • Delivery costs

    • Add-on service fees

  • We do not match:

    • Discounted / clearance / reduced / promotional prices

    • Member-exclusive or club-only prices

    • Cashback, bulk deals, bonus offers, or packages

    • Grey market or overseas-shipped products

    • Pre-order items or no-stock listings

    • Prices below our cost

    • Manufacturer/brand direct promotions

    • Pricing errors

The item must be:

  • In stock

  • Identical (model, size, specification, colour)

  • Available for immediate purchase from an eligible competitor

Racquet-Specific Note

Racquets can vary in materials, construction quality, balance, and overall performance—even within the same model. Some retailers may offer older batches, factory seconds, or racquets with cosmetic imperfections at significantly discounted or below-cost prices. While we always aim to assist with price matching, we cannot guarantee a price match in these situations, as the product quality or specifications may not be comparable. However, we will always assess each request fairly and do our best to help.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for the Price Match Guarantee:

  • Online-only stores such as eBay, Amazon, and marketplace sellers

  • Warehouse/outlet setups or home-based businesses

  • Manufacturer/brand direct promotions

  • Special event, trade, club, or membership offers

  • Cashback, bulk buys, package deals

  • Clearance, ex-demo, refurbished, or display products

  • Grey market or overseas-dispatched items

  • Pricing errors

  • Any product sold below our cost price

  • Products that go on sale at Sturdy Racquets after your purchase date

Sturdy Racquets reserves the right to apply discretion in cases of dispute or when a price match request does not meet the intent or fairness of this policy.
