1. Australia Shipping Policy — Sturdy Racquets

Dispatch Times

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day, but may take 1–3 business days.
  • Orders including stringing or custom racquet services may take 5–7 business days before dispatch.
  • Dispatch occurs on Sturdy Racquets business days only. Postal services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
  • Dispatch is under our control, but delivery time is dependent on the courier.

Stock Issues & Unpaid Services

  • If an item is out of stock, we will refund the value of that item and send the remaining items.
  • If you selected a service (e.g., restringing) but did not pay for it, your order will be shipped without the service.

Click & Collect

  • You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Pickup location:

  • Pickup must be completed within 30 days. After 30 days, fulfilment is not guaranteed and no refunds or credit will be issued.
  • Please check our Google-listed store hours, as trading hours vary seasonally.

Standard Post

  • Orders up to A$149 → Flat A$9.99
  • Orders over A$149 → FREE shipping

Express Post

  • Flat A$39 to major cities.

Transit Times

  • Standard Post: 1–7 business days
  • Express Post: 1 – 4 business days
  • Regional areas may take longer
