2. Return Policy Overview
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Returns
You may return any qualifying item that meets our product condition requirements within the specified return window.
Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges for qualifying products.
3. Product Condition & Return Window
Product Condition
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Products must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).
Return Window
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Return Label
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees apply.
Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
