Tecnifibre Junior Tennis Racquet TFight Team 25 (2026)

The Tecnifibre TFight Team 25 is a 25-inch junior racquet weighing 250 g, made for players around 8 to 10 years, roughly 135 to 145 cm tall. The extra inch over the 24 adds reach without asking much more of the swing, which is usually the point where a junior stops running around the backhand and starts hitting through it.

A graphite composite core keeps the response clean and predictable, and aluminium through the head takes the knocks. At 102 sq in with a 16 x 19 pattern the layout matches an adult frame, so the technique learned here carries straight over.

• 102 sq in head (660 cm2) with a 16 x 19 string pattern.
• 250 g unstrung, enough mass to hold a line through the ball without slowing the swing down.
• 25-inch junior length (25 in / 63.5 cm), the middle step in the junior range.
• Graphite composite core with aluminium through the head, built to take knocks.
• Supplied strung and ready to play; recommended tension 44 - 50 lbs (20 - 23 kg).
• 2026 model from the Tecnifibre TFight Junior range.

What age is the Tecnifibre TFight Team 25 suitable for?

It suits juniors around 8 to 10 years, roughly 135 to 145 cm tall. Height matters more than age. Stand the racquet on the ground next to your child: if the handle reaches about to their wrist, the length is right.

Does it come strung?

Yes. It arrives factory strung and ready to play. Recommended tension is 44 to 50 lbs (20 to 23 kg), and we can restring it in store when it goes soft.

Should I skip the 25 and go straight to the 26?

Only if your child is already near 145 cm and swinging their current racquet easily. Jumping a size early is the most common mistake we see. A racquet that is too long drops the contact point and the swing gets late, which is hard to unpick later.

How is the TFight Team different from the Tempo Iga juniors?

Both are good frames. The TFight Team uses a graphite composite core with aluminium in the head, so it feels a little firmer and more controlled. The smaller Tempo Iga juniors are aluminium, and they are the ones kids pick for the Iga Swiatek colours.
